Our initial brief was to produce a "virtual tour" to generate
buyers' interest in their new 70 dwellings development in South
Wales.
We tapped into current popularity of TV home-finding programmes by filming the Abbeyfields show home in a similar style. We applied voiceover with a regional accent to resonate with the local community.
